As a Zoning Commissioner for the City, it is awesome to see the infill development in OYD and other areas of town. Infill cuts down on the cost of delivering city services no new water lines, sewer lines, or roads to build.

It's happening folks. Phase two of David Street Station is well under way. A huge splash pad by summer and an outdoor ice skating rink in the winter. How are we pulling this off? With nearly 1,500 people to serve these local restaurants came out in force to get the job done! They 100% DONATED their time and mac and cheese for the Noon Year's Celebration and Mac and Cheese Fest! When you eat at one of these restaurants, you are supporting a business that supports YOU, the community. We are so proud to be a part of it!
