The Casper Downtown Development Authority voted in favor of the 16 mill by a vote of 25 to 1.

Property Owners of the Casper Downtown Development Authority district will vote Tuesday, November 3, 2009 whether or not to continue the investment of the self-imposed 16 mills for tax years 2010-2013.
