Key Findings
In‐fill/City Core Development
Community members expressed a preference for in‐fill and City Core
development.
63.5% of respondents favored development that ‘fills in’ undeveloped parcels in
the midst of existing development, like areas g p near the town centers. They also
highly favor developing where there is “existing infrastructure.” (Question 8 )
City Core Growth was the most positively rated growth pattern. (Question 9)
